Set within a striking natural landscape between Lake Annone and the surrounding mountains, the cuisine engages in dialogue with the territory and the seasons, transforming authentic ingredients into a refined and memorable experience, designed to establish itself as a new benchmark gastronomic destination.

Drop is Bianca’s lounge bar, a place to indulge in a moment of pleasure throughout the day, immersed in the relais’ natural surroundings and tranquility.

The all-day concept follows the rhythm of the day, from the aromas of breakfast to the allure of sunset aperitifs, through to an informal lunch or dinner just steps from the water. Warm and welcoming interiors open onto a spacious lake-view terrace, creating a versatile and refined experience at any time of day.
