POP UP ON THE LAKE

For one night only, Victoria Beach welcomes the Milan-based restaurant Sea, Signora for an exclusive takeover dedicated to contemporary seafood cuisine.

The evening begins at 7:00 pm with a welcome drink, a complimentary amuse-bouche and a lakeside DJ set. From 8:00 pm, guests are invited to discover an exclusive six-course tasting menu that celebrates the sea through exceptional ingredients and a creative, contemporary culinary approach.

From Raw Scallop with Yuzu Kosho and Marinated Morello Cherries to King Crab Catalan Style, including the iconic Nugget with Black Caviar, each course reflects the philosophy of Sea, Signora in a menu created exclusively for this collaboration.

Throughout the evening, guests will also be able to enjoy the Raw Bar selection and Sea, Signora's iconic Plateau Royale à la carte, alongside a curated selection of signature cocktails and wines.
