New Year's Eve in heart of the Alps

To celebrate the arrival of the New Year, join us for a special evening dedicated to elegance and fine dining. The night begins with a welcome aperitif and a glass of Champagne, served in the refined setting of Ottavio’s Lounge Bar — the perfect way to set the tone for a memorable celebration.This is followed by a gala dinner featuring a five-course tasting menu, thoughtfully created by our Executive Chef Alessandro Gioè, designed to delight with sophisticated flavors and refined pairings. At midnight, we raise our glasses for a traditional Champagne toast, accompanied by artisanal panettone, lentils, and cotechino — a time-honored way to wish prosperity for the year ahead.The celebration continues into the night with music and a DJ set, welcoming 2026 in true style.

• Adult menu: €330 per person (wine included) – vegetarian option available

• Children’s menu (ages 3–11): €100 (soft drinks included)

• Children under 3: complimentary

• A vegetarian version of the menu is available

Cancellation and Payment Policy

• A credit card is required as a guarantee to confirm the reservation.
• Prepayment will be requested by the hotel 21 days prior to the event, which is also the deadline for free cancellation. If the cancellation is not made within the indicated terms, the full amount will be charged.
