New Year's Eve 2027 in La Thuile
New Year's Eve 2027 at Bistro Alpino: a night of fine dining, music and celebration
Welcome the New Year in the warm atmosphere of the Bistro Alpino, where tradition, flavour and togetherness come together for a special evening to share with family and friends in the heart of La Thuile.
The evening will begin with a welcome aperitif and a glass of Champagne, setting the tone for the celebrations. Executive Chef Alessandro Gioè will then guide guests through a seven-course tasting experience, showcasing exceptional seasonal ingredients through a refined and contemporary culinary approach. Throughout the evening, live entertainment and a DJ set will create a festive and engaging atmosphere.
At midnight, a celebratory toast with R Collection Champagne will welcome the arrival of 2027. The festivities will continue with cotechino, lentils, panettone and pandoro, timeless favourites of the New Year's Eve tradition.
