New Year's Eve 2027 in La Thuile

The evening will begin with a welcome aperitif and a glass of Champagne, setting the tone for the celebrations. Executive Chef Alessandro Gioè will then guide guests through a seven-course tasting experience, showcasing exceptional seasonal ingredients through a refined and contemporary culinary approach. Throughout the evening, live entertainment and a DJ set will create a festive and engaging atmosphere.

At midnight, a celebratory toast with R Collection Champagne will welcome the arrival of 2027. The festivities will continue with cotechino, lentils, panettone and pandoro, timeless favourites of the New Year's Eve tradition.

Cancellation and Payment Policy

To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of €100 per person is required at the time of booking and must be paid via the dedicated payment link.

The remaining balance must be settled within 10 days prior to the event date and will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

For reservations made after 21st December, full payment will be required at the time of confirmation.
