This is the spirit of Ferragosto under the Stars at Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc.
The evening begins at 6.00 pm at the Equinox Lounge Bar, where guests are welcomed with an aperitif, live music and a selection of signature cocktails.
The experience continues at La Fourchette Restaurant, where Executive Chef Giuseppe Buondonno presents a tasting menu created to celebrate the flavours of the season through contemporary cuisine that showcases exceptional ingredients, refined technique and a strong sense of place.
As the sun gives way to the first stars, the mountains take on a different rhythm. It is a time to slow down, gather around the table and embrace the atmosphere of a summer evening in the heart of the Alps.
