New Year's Eve at Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc

To celebrate the arrival of the New Year, La Fourchette restaurant of Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc invites you to an elegant evening rich in atmosphere. The event begins with a glass of R Collection Champagne, accompanied by live music, all set within a refined and sophisticated ambiance.Following the welcome, guests will enjoy a five-course gourmet tasting menu, crafted exclusively by Executive Chef Giuseppe Buondonno. At midnight, the traditional toast will be served with Champagne, alongside artisanal panettone, lentils, and cotechino — a classic Italian tradition to ring in the New Year. The celebration continues with live music and a DJ set, to welcome 2026 in unforgettable style.

• Adult Menu: €380 per person (including wine pairing)

• Children’s Menu (ages 3–11): €100 per child (soft drinks included)

• Children under 3: complimentary

• A vegetarian option is available upon request
