New Year's Eve 2027 at Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc

Celebrate the arrival of the New Year in the enchanting setting of La Fourchette Restaurant, where exceptional cuisine, hospitality and entertainment come together for an unforgettable evening.

The celebration will begin with a welcome glass accompanied by an amuse-bouche from the Chef, followed by a gala dinner created by Executive Chef Giuseppe Buondonno. The menu features an appetizer, first course, two main courses and dessert, complemented by a selection of included wines. Throughout the evening, live musical entertainment will provide the perfect soundtrack to a festive and elegant atmosphere.

At midnight, guests will welcome 2027 with a toast of R Collection Champagne. The celebrations will then continue at the Equinox Lounge Bar, where cotechino, lentils, panettone and pandoro will be served, honouring the Italian tradition of bringing good fortune and prosperity for the year ahead.

Cancellation and Payment Policy

To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of €100 per person is required at the time of booking via a dedicated payment link.

The remaining balance must be settled no later than 10 days prior to the event date and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

For reservations made after 21 December, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
