Liguria is a small region, but it possesses various scenic natural facets, from the snowy Alps and the well-kept hills and valleys down to the sea with its splendid shores and their enchanting breeze.
A perfect combination of history, habits and customs, traditions and legends.

We’ve chosen to pay homage to the land that hosts us, privileging a ‘0 Km’ philosophy: that gives value to the raw materials offered by this region and their traditional ancient processing, that create great wines, oils and products renown all over the world.
In our menus we enhance fish in all its marvellous preparings, from the simplest to the most elaborate, taking also inspiration from the far lands that highlight even more the quality of the raw material.

We don’t forget all products coming from our mountains, that offer equally unique and renown tastes, just like mushrooms, truffles or the famous olives.
The seasonality of the products offered by our land is always respected: this is the best way to celebrate the simple and genuine.
